Optimization of the Mechanical Formulation of Typha Concrete

In order to address energy efficiency issues in the building sector, we conducted this study which focuses on optimization of mechanical characteristics Typha concrete for its use load-bearing structures buildings. The fact that buildings are very energy-intensive makes it essential develop new forms construction based bioclimatic architecture and valorization certain materials considered as waste construction. To achieve these objectives, wehave targeted Australis thanks great availability high rmalinsulation capacity. Thus, starting from composition a control determined bythe Dreux Gorisse formulation method with characteristic compressive strength 20 MPaat 28 days, S1 series concretes formulated substitution sand up 40, 50,and 60% Typha. increase concretes, cement class G/S ratio increased second S2 series. At end research, results obtained show some withdifferent proportions have good performance, depends theirstructural use.
